The first "Jingling big data Summit BBS" with the theme of "Breakthrough Bottleneck, innovate mode" was held in Qingshui bay, Lingshui, Hainan province. This BBS was jointly held by the State Information Center, and Hainan province's SIC, guided by Hainan province Development and Reform Commission (NDRC), China information association of professional committee of the electronic government affairs and organized by the big data application research institute of Hainan province. The summit is designed to implement the development strategy of national big data, and build big data highlands and application demonstration center in Hainan. Mr. Tian Yunong, chairman of Dalian Roiland technology Co., LTD., gave a wonderful speech on "Roiland big data and intelligent network application", and shared Roiland's experience and prospect in applying big data technology to the field of intelligent network application of automobile.
